Our founder, Hoyt Buck, was looking for a better way to temper steel so it would hold an edge longer, and his unique approach produced the first Buck Knife in 1902. In 1964, Buck became an industry leader with the revolutionary Model 110 Folding Hunter, and this drive for ingenuity and excellence is what has made Buck the successful knife maker it is today.

In addition to our dedication to craftsmanship, we also offer a Spa Service for Buck-branded knives. This service restores the factory edge on your knife and gives it a basic polish for a fee of $6.95 per knife.
